RETURN & PRIVACY POLICY

RETURN EXEMPTIONS

Gift Cards and all Final Sale Items are exempt from being returned.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged or if you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size if we have the size to accommodate.


Please email us at info@suslocouture.com 

  • In Subject Line Please Write
    • Exchange Request’ and Your Order Number’
  • In Email Body Please Note the Following
    • Reason for exchange
    • Details of item/size/color being returned
    • Details of item you would like to exchange to, including item/size/color needed

Once we receive your email we will check our inventory levels on the item you are requesting to swap into and will notify you as to whether we are able to accommodate the exchange.

If an exchange can be accommodated we will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number or ‘RMA’ and we will email you details of where to ship your package.

All exchange items will be shipped after the returning item is received back.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note we have no control over how long it will take for a return credit that has been issued to reflect on your credit card provider’s statement.  

Amazon Pay method may take 1 - 2 weeks to process your refund. 


SHIPPING RETURNS

The ship back to address to return your product will be included with your RMA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


IMPORTANT NOTE

When shipping back a return please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for return packages lost by your shipping carrier.
